Divvi is a mobile application that allows consumers to split any bill with any person through any form of payment. The goal was to make adding bank and card information as seamless as possible while creating a simple way to split bills between numerous parties using multiple ways of communication. I completed competitive research, user research, wireframes, information architecture, and interaction design for the entire project.
The Southern California Rugby Football Union is the largest governing body of competitive rugby athletes in the United States. The main objectives of the project were to create a website that allows visitors to quickly find local rugby club information while allowing the union to keep track of games, scores, standings, and statistics. I completed stakeholder interviews, interface explorations, wireframes, bid project costs, project / product management, and established a content strategy.
Honda has been the world's largest motorcycle manufacturer since 1959 and the second largest Japanese automobile manufacturer. The goal was to create a vehicle chooser (widget) using progressive disclosure and establish landing pages for an easy user flow for Honda's Fall 2013 Campaign. I completed competitive analysis, wireframes, interface explorations, user research, and information architecture.
CurbStreet is a B2B web application for Commercial Real Estate businesses. I had to take an outdated and complex industry filled with tedious data entry, and create a faster streamlined platform for real estate professionals. I was responsible for branding strategy, competitive analysis, persona creation, information architecture, user flows, interface explorations, wireframes, managed the development team, and established a user acquisition and retention strategy.
Ubi is an e-commerce site for men's jeans giving visitors the ability to find a jean style that fits them perfectly. This project required the appropriate placement of product information to educate the user while they shopped, and throughout the checkout process. I completed competitive analysis, interface explorations, wireframes, information architecture, and determined the MVP for launch.
My duties as an UX Consultant for JLR Interactive include UX/UI, guerilla user research, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, wireframe development, business strategy, UX strategy, user flows, onboarding, competitive analysis, usage scenarios, behavioural segmentation, persona creation, site maps, and customer acquisition strategies.
As Teacher's Assistant to Jaime Levy and Mark Sloan I help demonstrate the latest tools, techniques, and technologies to develop world-class user experiences to generate deep user insights as the basis for creating interactive experiences that engage audiences. In the course students develop a single comprehensive project for their portfolio that will demonstrate both their creative and problem-solving capabilities.
At the request of internationally recognized branding consultant, Sunook Park, I implemented UX Design best practices into his Brand Identity program at California State University, Long Beach. I oversee UX in student projects and cover topics such as user research, information architecture, user interface design, prototyping, and usability testing and analysis.

I was also responsible for UX Design, Business Strategy, Product Management, user acquisition, conversation rate optimization, split testing and managed all business operations while leading a team of developers, designers, marketers, and sales people.
